74.63.81.11 is one of the tens of thousands of known spambot addresses which appears on various widely-available Internet blacklists. Nothing special about it... just a spammer like any other... but if you have the misfortune to be an admin on a Wikia-hosted project there just might be a "welcoming message" addressed to this spambot with your name forged in the signature.

Welcome[edit]

The following messages were left by a Wikia-operated 'bot, User:Wikia, with a message text which appears above a pseudo-random but bogus selection of wikitext signatures intended to impersonate individual administrators.

The identical text, with different project names and different impersonated admins, could be readily found on at least a half-dozen Wikia-hosted projects just welcoming this one spambot at this one IP address on a single search - all posted within a less than half-hour interval. Note that this is merely one address of tens of thousands on the various spam blacklists and there are likely far more examples of "welcoming" messages addressed to this 'bot beyond the few archived here.
